Thank you for the additional information. There is a possibility that the third-party program has created an issue after it installed the drivers. In this case, we recommend performing a System Restore instead to take your device back to its original working state before the issue started.

The issue with my bluetooth speaker happened after the most recent windows update. The 3rd party program made no difference to the issue. Can you walk me through uninstalling the Windows 10 update and reinstalling it to see if that helps. My bluetooth headphones work, but not my Sharkk mini portable speaker. When I do a troubleshoot it states "no jack information available" I have never used the jack.

Where do I go to check that out? There is a USB connection and a Jack connection, which if the battery is low I used to just plug it in to my laptop and listen to it that way. I don't understand why either of the bluetooth devices show up in device manager more than once after it is paired.

As I said though, the 1MoreFree wireless headphones work, but not the little stereo speaker. I did and it worked fine. So I have tossed out my old one and have bought a new one. I have six standard serial over bluetooth links using up COMS 10, 11, 3, 4, 6, 9 I only have 2 bluetooth devices. Thanks Noreen I did go in and delete uninstall all audio drivers for bluetooth device except for the Windows and Intel ones. I really need step-by-step instructions. I am so ignorant with tech stuff.
