They were made of paper in and starting in started using the metal pins. You can only imagine how rare this is being made of paper and being over 90 years old.

Not to mention how many were saved and not thrown out, lost, or just fell apart because of being made of paper. This is all original and has not been trimmed.

As you can see it has a small hole in it but I believe if you wanted to you could repair it making it less noticeable. There is only a few letters missing allowing you to still read and understand it.

A very small issue which does not cause much problems when reading it. This is framed in a shadow box as it was found purchased in and I'm told it can be removed as it was not glued in place. This certainly will be the center piece of your Pa fishing license collection and will be a great conversation piece with your friends. Even with the small hole.
