Only download Pangu from en. Connect your iPod to your computer. Close iTunes if it opens, and make sure no apps are running. Follow the instructions in the Pangu program. You will be asked to set your iPod's date to June 2nd. Tap the new Pangu app on your Home screen.

Go to the tab that says Views 5. On the list below, scroll down until you find 'Show hidden files and folders' 6. Get the iOS update from Apple through iTunes, of course. Jailbreak the new iOS version with whatever software you used to jailbreak the old iOS software.
Restore your iPod to the new jailbroken iOS. I've been hearing about that too, but I haven't worried about it. I'm sorry that I didn't help you on that.
